Women rule in Uttar Pradesh but women’s are not seem safe .Total 21726 acts of abduction of women in the year of 2009 took place in U.P. has resulted in most of all over the country. The figures published report of NCRB (National Crime Records Bureau) in the solution itself is exposed to the bitter truth. After U.P. came Rajasthan, West Bengal, Assam and then comes number of the Bihar. It only figures that they have entered into the records of police stations.
